Kaede Matsuoka vs Naoki Kato

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 21/03/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kaede Matsuoka (4 - 7) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Naoki Kato(16 - 2) from Matsudo, Japan.  Both Matsuoka and Kato weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fumio Yanagi, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Uehara, Yoshi Nomura and Hiro Ueno.
