Yong Kew vs Kashif Madani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Sarawak promoted show at Irfan Tabet Gym, Kuching,  taking place on 23/02/2026:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Sarawak have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Sarawak Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yong Kew (10 - 5 - 2) who hails from Kuching, Malaysia and Kashif Madani(10 - 7 - 7) from Kuching, Malaysia.  Both Kew and Madani weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Salim, and the three ringside judges are Abdul Hashemi, Haaris Mahfouz and Ahmed Semaan.
