Sajid Safi vs Tung Ba

Boxing Daily Report from the Katusha Promotions promoted show at Shah Alam Ma, Shah Alam,  taking place on 23/02/2026:

Clearly Katusha Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sajid Safi (5 - 11 - 8) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Tung Ba(6 - 9 - 5) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Safi and Ba weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Zadeh, and the three ringside judges are Asif Hashim, Danyaal Amer and Rashid Bhutto.
