Bart Orleans vs Joseph Riddle

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Shreyas Gym, Boston,  taking place on 06/03/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Bart Orleans (2 - 0) who hails from Charlotte, USA and Joseph Riddle(2 - 1 - 2) from Atlanta, USA.  Both Orleans and Riddle weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Noble, and the three ringside judges are Richie MacIsaac, Hugh Hier and Peter Cooper.  

Round 1: 

Orleans steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Orleans advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Riddle throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Orleans is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left hook, but Riddle slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Orleans is on target with a firm right hook to Riddle's body.  
Orleans lands a left hook.  
Orleans connects with a sharp left hook.  
Orleans walks Riddle down, trapping him in the corner.  Orleans is on target with a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.

Orleans advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Orleans clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Riddle contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Orleans finds the target with a jab.  
Orleans closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Orleans's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Riddle's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
