Marco Vita vs Juan Batres

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Masaya promoted show at Jose Constancio Gym, Masaya,  taking place on 24/02/2026:

Clearly AI Nicaragua-Masaya have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Masaya Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marco Vita (3 - 1 - 2) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Juan Batres(3 - 9 - 1) from Masaya, Nicaragua.  Both Vita and Batres weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Felix, and the three ringside judges are Jose Alvarado, Santiago Casco and Marjun Casco.
