Fraser Adesanya vs Yakubu Kughegbe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Delta State promoted show at Izunna Isa Gym, Warri,  taking place on 24/02/2026:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Delta State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Delta State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fraser Adesanya (12 - 0) who hails from Warri, Nigeria and Yakubu Kughegbe(6 - 6 - 3) from Warri, Nigeria.  Adesanya weighed in at 228 pounds and 2 ounces, while Kughegbe weighed in at 249 pounds and 6 ounces.
