Gervasio Cantara vs Juan Rizo

Boxing Daily Report from the Kavuta Promotions promoted show at Chihuahua Llanos, Chihuahua,  taking place on 05/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Mexico-Chihuahua Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gervasio Cantara (17(3) - 0) who hails from Juarez, Mexico and Juan Rizo(10(2) - 6(1)) from Juarez, Mexico.  Cantara weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Rizo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rico Cano, and the three ringside judges are Dario Montes, Juan Valdes and Vidal Mesquita.
