Leonel Alameda vs Baltasar Armijo

Boxing Daily Report from the Kajoba Promotions promoted show at Dimos Almendarez Gym, Torreon,  taking place on 05/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Mexico-Jalisco Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leonel Alameda (10 - 10 - 4) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Baltasar Armijo(7 - 7 - 4) from Zapopan, Mexico.  Alameda weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces, while Armijo weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rio Milan, and the three ringside judges are Edmundo Naranjo, Berto Calles and Gabriel Fama.
