Elliot Erving vs Mark Cargill

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Edmonton Arbuckle, Edmonton,  taking place on 23/03/2026:

Clearly Namugerwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Erving (13 - 4 - 1) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Mark Cargill(5 - 0 - 1) from Calgary, Canada.  Erving weighed in at 112 pounds, while Cargill weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Ainsley, and the three ringside judges are Robert Methvin, Charles Wardrop and John Haddow.
