Pancho Betances vs Cipriano Rossel

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Urban Park, La Plata,  taking place on 11/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South American Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pancho Betances (22 - 0) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Cipriano Rossel(16 - 0) from Capiata, Paraguay.  Betances weighed in at 108 pounds, while Rossel weighed in at 107 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cuba Pareja, and the three ringside judges are Diego Pinales, Eloy Varona and Rodrigo Baro.
