Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Gaisano Country Mall, Cebu City,  taking place on 02/04/2026:

Clearly Rooq Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Philippines-Cebu Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Reynaldo Ylacad (20(2) - 0) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Rodrigo Belmontes(19 - 0) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Ylacad weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces, while Belmontes weighed in at 126 pounds.
