Chris McCracken vs Voshon Chimera

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at H & PE Arena, Houston,  taking place on 04/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris McCracken (12(1) - 4) who hails from Syracuse, USA and Voshon Chimera(9 - 8 - 6) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both McCracken and Chimera weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leon Zamorano, and the three ringside judges are Robert Corfield, Stuart Ferrera and Ali Qazi.  

Round 1: 

Chimera is looking to close the distance.  McCracken throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  McCracken ties up his opponent.  McCracken is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
