Algernon Obekop vs Verrill Barra

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Pavillon de Juenesse, Quebec City,  taking place on 19/03/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Super Channel, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Algernon Obekop (1(1) - 0) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Verrill Barra(5 - 3 - 1) from Quebec City, Canada.  Obekop weighed in at 223 pounds And 1 ounces, while Barra weighed in at 238 pounds And 2 ounces.
