Indra Shukla vs Danyaal Syed

Boxing Daily Report from the Boxing forever promoted show at Akbar Shingada Gym, Kolkata,  taking place on 01/03/2026:

Clearly Boxing forever have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-West Bengal Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Indra Shukla (12 - 3) who hails from Kolkata, India and Danyaal Syed(2 - 4 - 2) from Howrah, India.  Shukla weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces, while Syed weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mandeep Banerjee, and the three ringside judges are Indra Narayanan, Gurudas Tewari and Hemant Dyal.
