Neron Caabay vs Leonel Carao

Boxing Daily Report from the Omaboe Promotions promoted show at Kabuta Gym, Cainta,  taking place on 29/03/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Rizal Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neron Caabay (13 - 1) who hails from Cainta, Philippines and Leonel Carao(12 - 4 - 7) from Rodriguez, Philippines.  Caabay weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces, while Carao weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pablo Pomales, and the three ringside judges are Jesus Katipunan, Jesus Katipunan and Alejandro Zevallos.
