Qabil Mammadov vs Mursal Akhtar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Tajikistan-Sughd promoted show at Istaravshan Tleuberdiew, Istaravshan,  taking place on 01/03/2026:

Clearly AI Tajikistan-Sughd have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Sughd Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Qabil Mammadov (10 - 8 - 3) who hails from Khujand, Tajikistan and Mursal Akhtar(3 - 7 - 1) from Khujand, Tajikistan.  Both Mammadov and Akhtar weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Qulu Kaber, and the three ringside judges are Musa Rasizade, Konstantin Cajrbeckow and Aleksandr Kakpenoff.
