Syed Karimi vs Asif Abdel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Dubai promoted show at Dubai Kirdar, Dubai,  taking place on 02/03/2026:

Clearly AI UAE-Dubai have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Dubai Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Syed Karimi (10 - 5) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Asif Abdel(2 - 0) from Dubai, UAE.  Both Karimi and Abdel weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asif Hamra, and the three ringside judges are Ali Ayub, Kamran Basri and Waleed Bacchus.
