Diego Alviar vs Angel Tierno

Boxing Daily Report from the Joram Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Interiano, Montevideo,  taking place on 02/03/2026:

Clearly Joram Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay-Montevideo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Alviar (4 - 10 - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Angel Tierno(11 - 6) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Alviar and Tierno weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Chirinos, and the three ringside judges are Roman Bilbao, Santiago Gregorio and Juan Polino.
