Vandwon Tshwete vs Oscar Kayemba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Johannesburg Appiah, Johannesburg,  taking place on 31/03/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vandwon Tshwete (9 - 8(1) - 3) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and Oscar Kayemba(12 - 3 - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Tshwete weighed in at 234 pounds and 3 ounces, while Kayemba weighed in at 227 pounds and 5 ounces.
