Hikaru Hayashi vs Soo-il Pyon

Boxing Daily Report from the Panyin Promotions promoted show at Yoshi Uyemura Gym, Fukuoka,  taking place on 14/03/2026:

Clearly Panyin Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Hikaru Hayashi (1 - 0) who hails from Sakai, Japan and Soo-il Pyon(1 - 2 - 2) from Daegu, South Korea.  Both Hayashi and Pyon weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akira Nishimura, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Kamei, Hiroki Shimabukuro and Takeshi Murayama.  

Round 1: 

Hayashi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a stinging cross.
