Chris Prentice vs Jun Kasai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 01/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Prentice (6(3) - 0) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Jun Kasai(1 - 3) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Prentice and Kasai weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Aoyama, and the three ringside judges are Takeo Nakanishi, Akira Oshita and Yoshi Nomura.  

Round 1: 

Prentice lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.
