Serkan Inan vs Erdem Bahadirli

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Istanbul promoted show at Istanbul Yerli, Istanbul,  taking place on 01/04/2026:

Clearly AI Turkey-Istanbul have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Istanbul Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Serkan Inan (11 - 4 - 5) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Erdem Bahadirli(12 - 7 - 3) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Both Inan and Bahadirli weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Savas Dagdelen, and the three ringside judges are Baris Kahveci, Cagatay Akbulut and Ata Nedim.  

Round 1: 

Bahadirli attempts to land a jab, but Inan slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bahadirli connects with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bahadirli dabs at his face checking for damage.

Bahadirli walks Inan down, trapping him in a corner.  Bahadirli drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Bahadirli closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Inan is on target with a right uppercut.  
Inan lands a right hook.
