Haider Hamawi vs Faisal Abilshair

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Dubai promoted show at Rehan Rais Gym, Dubai,  taking place on 02/04/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Dubai Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haider Hamawi (4 - 6 - 1) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Faisal Abilshair(2 - 4 - 3) from Dubai, UAE.  Hamawi weighed in at 122 pounds, while Abilshair weighed in at 121 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Atif Bukhari, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Rahaim, Gazi Maalouf and Syed Aman.  

Round 1: 

Hamawi lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.
