Eduardo Bencomo vs Zenon Diaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Sheraton Santiago Hotel and Convention Center, Santiago,  taking place on 05/04/2026:

Clearly Rourke & Salvador have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eduardo Bencomo (5(1) - 0 - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Las Condes, Chile and Zenon Diaz(8 - 14 - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Bencomo and Diaz weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ovidio Barco, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Veliz, Lisandro Lozada and Quico Feliciano.
