Shiki Mardanov vs Aslan Aghamirov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Ganja promoted show at Tariq Khawaja Gym, Shamkir,  taking place on 01/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Ganja Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shiki Mardanov (13 - 3) who hails from Shamkir, Azerbaijan and Aslan Aghamirov(14 - 3) from Ganja, Azerbaijan.  Both Mardanov and Aghamirov weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Turkhan Alli, and the three ringside judges are Mehdi Maharramov, Razi Alakbarov and Garay Akhadov.
