Xhosas Nzimande vs Luvolwethu Sangweni

Boxing Daily Report from the Mususu Promotions promoted show at Eghenyan Gym, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 01/04/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xhosas Nzimande (10 - 3) who hails from East London, South Africa and Luvolwethu Sangweni(9 - 0) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Nzimande weighed in at 135 pounds, while Sangweni weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Puleng Bungu, and the three ringside judges are Dai Phala, Deion Nsoh and Ewan Nyauza.
