Sigifrid Bichler vs Richman Hamp

Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Beethovenhalle, Bonn,  taking place on 18/04/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sigifrid Bichler (8(1) - 0) who hails from Nuremberg, Germany and Richman Hamp(13 - 3 - 2) from Vienna, Austria.  Both Bichler and Hamp weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ramond Matern, and the three ringside judges are Roch Geitner, Wilfredo Schaich and Alarick Gause.  

Round 1: 

Bichler lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.

Bichler lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Hamp throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hamp's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Hamp's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Hamp's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
