Evgeny Avene vs Lew Surma

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Skonto Hall, Riga,  taking place on 25/04/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Avene (11 - 1 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Lew Surma(9 - 11(3) - 1) from Warsaw, Poland.  Both Avene and Surma weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mikhail Cers, and the three ringside judges are Isaak Pulkstens, Afanas Gailis and Andrii Priede.
