Khalid Mambetow vs Aleksandr Gasymov

Boxing Daily Report from the Classy Boxing promoted show at Almaty Ghangirow, Almaty,  taking place on 05/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Khalid Mambetow (8 - 0) who hails from Almaty, Kazakhstan and Aleksandr Gasymov(8 - 11 - 2) from Istaravshan, Tajikistan.  Both Mambetow and Gasymov weighed in at 160 pounds.
