Montel Lantigua vs John Jackson

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Webster Hall, New York City,  taking place on 23/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montel Lantigua (17(1) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and John Jackson(12 - 3) from Philadelphia, USA.  Lantigua weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Jackson weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Meredith, and the three ringside judges are Sam Rice, Seth Owens and Darryl Shand.  

Round 1: 

Lantigua is on target with a cross to his opponents body.
