Brandon Ryan vs Ross Magee

Boxing Daily Report from the All Talk Promotions promoted show at Moxy Dublin City, Dublin,  taking place on 03/04/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Brandon Ryan (1 - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Belfast, UK and Ross Magee(1 - 1 - 1) from Belfast, UK.  Both Ryan and Magee weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Fitzgerald, and the three ringside judges are Michael Dillon, Shane Cody and Michael Sloan.  

Round 1: 

Ryan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ryan lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Magee pushes his forearm into Ryan's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Magee.  
Ryan is on target with a right hook to Magee's ribcage.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  Ryan pushes his forearm into Magee's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ryan to stop fouling.  
Magee throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Magee steps away from his opponent.  Ryan attempts to land a cross, but Magee blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ryan advances into close range and drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  Ryan pushes his forearm into Magee's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ryan to stop fouling.  
Ryan lands a firm cross.  
Ryan advances into close range.  Magee sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Magee throws a left hook, but Ryan holds on to his opponent.  Ryan leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Ryan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ryan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Magee hits home with a left hook.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  Ryan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Ryan pushes his forearm into Magee's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ryan about fouling.  
Ryan walks Magee onto the ropes.  Ryan throws a right hook, but is not on target.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  Ryan leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Ryan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ryan lands a right hook.  
Ryan lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Ryan hits home with a right uppercut.  
Magee pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ryan digs in a left hook to Magee's body.  
Magee switches the action to the outside.  Ryan is on target with a firm overhand right.  
Ryan is on target with a firm left hook.  
Ryan is on target with a jab.  
Ryan is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ryan steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Magee's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Magee tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ryan lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Magee steps to the outside.  Ryan feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ryan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Magee throws a right hook, but Ryan ties up his opponent.  Ryan throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Ryan.  
Magee pivots from in front of his opponent andAs Magee tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ryan dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ryan walks Magee onto the ropes.  Ryan hits home with a stinging right hook.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  Ryan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Ryan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ryan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ryan hits home with a right hook.  
Magee digs in a right hook to Ryan's ribcage.  Ryan clinches his opponent.  Ryan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Ryan to stop holding.  
Ryan advances into close range and connects with a right uppercut.  
Ryan hits home with a left uppercut.  
Ryan lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Magee's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Ryan advances into close range.  Ryan lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  As Ryan tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Magee has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Ryan lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Magee throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ryan feints a jab, tricking Magee into launching a right hook counter.  Ryan is waiting for the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ryan advances into close range and digs in a left uppercut to Magee's liver.

Ryan lands a jab.  Ryan throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Magee to the neutral corner.  He warns Ryan to stop fouling or he'll lose a point.  
Ryan gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to Magee's liver.  
Ryan lands a right uppercut.  
Ryan drives a left hook into Magee's body.  
Magee throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
