Azam Marwan vs Stephen Spang

Boxing Daily Report from the Bones Promotions promoted show at San Diego Farland, San Diego,  taking place on 11/04/2026:

Clearly Bones Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Azam Marwan (4(1) - 0) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Stephen Spang(1 - 3 - 1) from Indianapolis, USA.  Both Marwan and Spang weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cody Bustamante, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Abraham, David Madoc and Blake Green.  

Round 1: 

Marwan gets on the inside.  Spang throws a left hook, but Marwan clinches his opponent.  Marwan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Marwan and breaks the clinch.  
Marwan steps inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Marwan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Marwan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Marwan lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Marwan is on target with a sharp left hook to Spang's body.  
Marwan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Marwan finds the target with a jab.  
Marwan gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Spang is on target with a right uppercut.  
Marwan hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Marwan manages to force Spang into a neutral corner.  Marwan lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Marwan ties up his opponent.  Marwan uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Spang behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.

Marwan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Marwan is looking to close the distance and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Marwan sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Marwan lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
