Niels Ibsen vs Verdun Rubel

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Bob Note Promotions promoted show at Copenhagen Arena, Copenhagen,  taking place on 25/04/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Niels Ibsen (13(4) - 0) who hails from Copenhagen, Denmark and Verdun Rubel(11 - 1 - 1) from Bouake, Ivory Coast.  Ibsen weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Rubel weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ulster Hatke, and the three ringside judges are Steinar Winberg, Viljo Salmonsen and Ingvar Brinkman.
