Michael Cormack vs John Cromartie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Queensland promoted show at Cairns Convention Centre, Cairns,  taking place on 13/04/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from SLW.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Michael Cormack (6 - 7 - 5) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and John Cromartie(6 - 10 - 4) from Melbourne, Australia.  Cormack weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Cromartie weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Connelly, and the three ringside judges are Brett Lyn, Neil Cookston and Joey Kenefick.
