Yuan Shiu vs Confucius On

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Beijing University Gymnasium, Beijing,  taking place on 02/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yuan Shiu (9 - 10(3) - 3) who hails from Jinan, China and Confucius On(8 - 5 - 1) from Shenyang, China.  Shiu weighed in at 105 pounds, while On weighed in at 104 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is HuiK'o Chow, and the three ringside judges are Xi-Wang Sha, Lao-Tzu Min and Qing-Nan Bu.
