Boxing Daily Report from the Ace Boxing promoted show at Centre for Sport, Newcastle,  taking place on 09/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Bratton (4 - 8 - 5) who hails from Coventry, UK and Kvetoslav Slovak(7 - 12(1) - 5) from Brno, Czech Republic.  Bratton weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces, while Slovak weighed in at 159 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Matt Ryan, and the three ringside judges are Glynn James, Mervyn Cour and Paul McComb.
