Peter Dokuaa vs Vandwon Asare

Boxing Daily Report from the Selasee Promotions promoted show at Accra Alhassan, Accra,  taking place on 18/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana-Greater Accra Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Dokuaa (14 - 4) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Vandwon Asare(12 - 6 - 1) from Accra, Ghana.  Dokuaa weighed in at 121 pounds and 7 ounces, while Asare weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Razi Adusei, and the three ringside judges are James Adade, John Adu and Corey Offei.
