Xi-Wang Liaw vs Gao Giam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Alborz promoted show at Kimmula Gym, Karaj,  taking place on 22/03/2026:

Clearly AI Iran-Alborz have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Alborz Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xi-Wang Liaw (7 - 5 - 1) who hails from Karaj, Iran and Gao Giam(7 - 4 - 5) from Karaj, Iran.  Liaw weighed in at 258 pounds and 5 ounces, while Giam weighed in at 233 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Shahan, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Barakat, Ahmed Barakat and Waqas Kalil.
