Emilio Alasia vs Leonardo Del Gatto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Tuscany promoted show at Florence Chiaventi, Florence,  taking place on 22/03/2026:

Clearly AI Italy-Tuscany have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Tuscany Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emilio Alasia (5 - 4 - 2) who hails from Prato, Italy and Leonardo Del Gatto(3 - 2 - 1) from Florence, Italy.  Both Alasia and Del Gatto weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Silvano Caiazzo, and the three ringside judges are Massimo Verratti, Sergio Leo and Vittore Bortone.  

Round 1: 

Alasia quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Del Gatto's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
