Leon Weatherley vs Ghevont Sagherian

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Alamodome Indoor Arena, San Antonio,  taking place on 16/05/2026:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Weatherley (19(11) - 0) who hails from Oxnard, USA and Ghevont Sagherian(15 - 5 - 1) from Yerevan, Armenia.  Weatherley weighed in at 241 pounds and 8 ounces, while Sagherian weighed in at 229 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Toste, and the three ringside judges are Ian Hesson, Danny Henderson and James Kinman.
