Sid Haddad vs Jay Cron

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Delta Ottawa Hotel, Ottawa,  taking place on 20/05/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sid Haddad (15(8) - 1(1)) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Jay Cron(10 - 8 - 1) from Brampton, Canada.  Haddad weighed in at 139 pounds And 8 ounces, while Cron weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Davie Foyle, and the three ringside judges are Josh Watson, Jamie Barclay and Rob Murray.  

Round 1: 

Haddad is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
