Cong Tiu vs Bahadur Badal

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbun Promotions promoted show at Waleed Burki Gym, Mashhad,  taking place on 18/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cong Tiu (13 - 2 - 1) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Bahadur Badal(11(3) - 0) from Mashhad, Iran.  Tiu weighed in at 125 pounds And 2 ounces, while Badal weighed in at 125 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Ben, and the three ringside judges are Bilal Zaki, Haaris Ben and Kashif Greiss.  

Round 1: 

Badal quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Badal throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.
