Nao Ige vs Shinji Miyazaki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Dai Tano Gym, Tokyo,  taking place on 23/03/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Tokyo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Ige (6 - 10 - 4) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Shinji Miyazaki(8 - 9(1) - 4) from Hachioji, Japan.  Ige weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces, while Miyazaki weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hikaru Mikami, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Shiroma, Hisoka Enomoto and Ichiro Koizumi.  

Round 1: 

Ige is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Miyazaki hits home with a cross.
