Guido Sousa vs Carlos Peru

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Arena Eurydes Bertoni Júnior, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 10/05/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Sao Paulo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Guido Sousa (14 - 5 - 4) who hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil and Carlos The Cat Peru(12 - 16 - 5) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Both Sousa and Peru weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fanuco Chico, and the three ringside judges are Nasario Couto, Carlos Aponte and Jose Mau.
