Nori Yamashita vs Goro Kobashigawa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Himeji Seto, Himeji,  taking place on 21/04/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Hyogo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Hyogo Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nori Yamashita (10 - 4 - 4) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Goro Kobashigawa(11 - 8 - 4) from Kobe, Japan.  Both Yamashita and Kobashigawa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Matsubara, and the three ringside judges are Hiro Katayama, Michi Morita and Iwao Sumida.
