Naoki Nakazawa vs Fumio Mori

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hokkaido promoted show at Sapporo Imada, Sapporo,  taking place on 04/05/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Japan-Hyogo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Nakazawa (8 - 6(1) - 3) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Fumio Mori(4 - 2 - 2) from Kobe, Japan.  Nakazawa weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces, while Mori weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Katayama, and the three ringside judges are Kei Katayama, Hitoshi Akiyama and Akira Umemoto.
