Georgiy Caune vs Kei Kurokawa

Boxing Daily Report from the Aidoo Promotions promoted show at Hiroshima Ueno, Hiroshima,  taking place on 24/04/2026:

Clearly Aidoo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Georgiy Caune (4 - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Kei Kurokawa(6 - 7 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Caune and Kurokawa weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Otani, and the three ringside judges are Yasushi Saito, Satoru Fukuda and Yoshi Kawakami.  

Round 1: 

Kurokawa is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Caune lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
