Carlos Covarrubias vs Orlando Posada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Distrito Capital promoted show at Bogota Guillen, Bogota,  taking place on 25/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Distrito Capital Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Covarrubias (10 - 11 - 3) who hails from Bogota, Colombia and Orlando Posada(6 - 7 - 9) from Bogota, Colombia.  Covarrubias weighed in at 168 pounds, while Posada weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alfonso Marina, and the three ringside judges are Quin Llano, Carlos Bocanegra and Montel Bastidas.
