Bright Egbo vs Obafemi Erhenede

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Rivers State promoted show at Port Harcourt Akwashiki, Port Harcourt,  taking place on 23/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Rivers State Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bright Egbo (8 - 2) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Obafemi Erhenede(11 - 7 - 3) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.  Both Egbo and Erhenede weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Etebo Obisesan, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Saladin, Izunna Abulu and Alen Akika.
