Scott Chan vs Gazi Mir

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Sarawak promoted show at Kuching Baluch, Kuching,  taking place on 26/04/2026:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Sarawak have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Sarawak Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Scott Chan (5 - 7 - 5) who hails from Kuching, Malaysia and Gazi Mir(9 - 4 - 3) from Kuching, Malaysia.  Both Chan and Mir weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Zaher, and the three ringside judges are Ali Mannan, Farhan Salim and Sajid Sheikh.
